    Are you ready to embark on your first low carb Whole30? This post is designed to set you up for success. When unprepared, taking on the challenge of completing the Whole30 program can prove to be... well... challenging. Chances are, if you landed on this post you have already been researching it and are ready to take the plunge.

    Jon and I have successfully completed 2 rounds of the Whole30 program. I won't lie. It is hard. There are days when you are so fixed on the idea of eating something that you can't have, that it is literally all you can think about. Then there are other days when you wonder why you don't just eat like this for life. As long as you stay prepared for success, those days in the latter category will win over. Perhaps the most notable thing I felt during our time spent on Whole30 was how optimally my body was running. My sleep was better. My skin looked better. My elimination processes were more more regular and consistent. My energy levels were through the roof. My workouts were better. My mood was better and I even dropped weight.
