I'm getting ready to make this for a gathering at my gym. We are having a paleo potluck and I'm really excited to share it with my gym friends and family.

Kyndra - when you say bacon fat - is that literally some fat cut off some bacon, or is it like a lard product you guys have there?

Hi Hayley, It is just the drippings from cooking bacon. I always save mine and keep it in a mason jar in the fridge. I also love to roast vegetables in it.
