- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard or creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce, more to taste
- 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning (get my recipe here)
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
