Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard or creole mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning (get my recipe here)
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
