    Why I love this Everything Bagel Seasoning Recipe

    Firstly, I am so excited to share this Everything Bagel Seasoning recipe from my favorite book Craveable Keto.

    Of course I decided to put this recipe on my site, because I see so many people saying that they can't find the Everything But the Bagel Seasoning at Trader Joe's. But it's so easy to make your own, you really don't need to buy a pre-made mix. Most importantly, making your own will save you money over time.

    After you buy the ingredients once, you can make it over and over before you have to buy them again.

    Sprinkle this Everything Bagel Seasoning on everything!

    This is the recipe I used to season my Keto Everything Bagel Recipe. In fact, I put it on just about everything - salads, deviled eggs, mock potato salad, my favorite buttery herbed eggs (also in the book), you name it, and I will put this Everything Bagel Seasoning on it!

    Ingredients

    • 3 tablespoons, plus 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
    • ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
    • 3 tablespoons, plus 1 teaspoon dried minced onions
    • 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
    • 3 tablespoons, plus 1 teaspoon dried garlic flakes


    Instructions

    1. Mix all of the ingredients together and store in an airtight container or spice jar. Shake before using.

      I love this recipe! I put it on eggs more than anything but I'm sure it'll be lovely with veg and meat as well. So simple tonptj together and so delicious, thank you so much 🙂

      I found some semi-locally at a store about 2.5h away (vs asking relatives to bring or send me some from out of state); was a 2 cup size bottle. This will be even better; I can use it more liberally 😄

      This recipe is exactly what I was looking for! However, my husband can't have poppy seeds due to random drug tests at work. Do you have an idea for a replacement for them or should we just omit them altogether?

        Leaving the poppy seeds out shouldn't affect the flavor much. You could sub black sesame seeds to give it the color and look of EBTB seasoning.
