Frequently Asked Questions
While many recipes will call for French dressing, or even just using Thousand Island dressing, Big Mac sauce is actually neither of those. It is a blend of mayo, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, and other spices and seasonings. For this recipe I use my own homemade burger sauce recipe.
You can pile this casserole on top of shredded lettuce to make a delicious Big Mac salad. Alternatively, you can try my Bacon Cheeseburger Salad Recipe.

Is Russian dressing something different in the US? Here in Canada, Russian is red, almost like french or Catalina. This looks like Thousand Island....same thing??
Looks so good though...Going to try it soon!!
Bernadette says
I am also Canadian and like you wouldn't call this Russian dressing was not what we call Russian. Much more like Thousand Island. But in any case it is quite delicious and I wish I had made more. Really enjoyed this very much and will make it again;

I’ve been on keto for almost three months and before that was strictly fast food for 20 years. Needless to say, I just started cooking for myself and looking up lots of recipes. This is by far the best one I’ve made.....probably the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. So much so, that it inspired me to post my first ever comment. And I’ve been promoting this website in all my keto Facebook groups. Thank you so much!!! I’ll be making this every week.
Kyndra Holley says
