Such a good and filling salad! Last minute trying to decide what to do with a pound of ground beef….had everything but the bacon ☹️. Bacon would take it to the next level.

I have some facial paralysis which prevents me from being able to open my mouth wide enough to eat things like burgers and tacos so I'm always looking for deconstructed meals like this. This meal was so satisfying that I am making this regularly. It's easy to make and can be versatile by adding anything that you would normally eat on a burger.

This was SO good! Even my husband who doesn't consider salad a meal said we need to add this to our dinner rotation. And that burger sauce is now my go to for fries, etc. Thank you!
