Low Carb Barbecue Dry Rub Seasoning. Great for ribs, chicken or steak!
It is a beautiful February day here in the Pacific Northwest. The sun is shining and the first glimpses of spring are grazing the trees and shrubs in our back yard. One glimpse of sunshine and all I can think about it grilling and spending my days outside. If you follow me on Instagram, then you probably saw all of our backyard dinner shenanigans last summer. We grilled almost every day, and a lot of the meat had this rub on it. This delicious low carb barbecue dry rub is one of the seasoning recipes from my cookbook – Craveable Keto. It is fantastic on ribs, chicken, steak, pork chops, or even prawns. Super quick and easy to whip up and without all the additives and sugar that you would typically find in a store-bought mix.
