    The perfect keto salad dressing

    This Creamy Chive Keto Blue Cheese Dressing is seriously one of the best salad dressings I've ever tasted. And I don't say that because it is my recipe, I say that because I was shocked by how much I liked it considering that I am not a huge fan of blue cheese. I was always a ranch girl, but this recipe may have just swayed me over to the other side. If you are not a fan of blue cheese, try making it with feta instead. Delicious!

    Description

    • 1 cup mayonnaise (get my recipe here)
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon sea salt
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
    • ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives

    Ingredients

    1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl, and mix until well combined.

      I used a cup of sour cream and a half cup of mayo. I didn’t have chives. And this is THE BEST blue cheese dressing ever!!!!! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!!!

      This recipe is awesome! I used lime juicei instead and added a splash more then the recipe calls for. Yum. I will make this from now on.

      Love how simple this is. As a big fan of blu cheese I always want some dressing in the house. I make my own because the stuff sold in the stores has about 24 more ingredients that is needed for a good healthy dressing. I will make up a batch of this later today. Looking forward to trying it on one of my daily salads

      Delicious! I was dying for blue cheese dressing. But all the ones in the store have soybean or canola oil.
      I made a batch & sat down with a big bowl of spinach! Yum. No how do I keep it away from my husband so I can eat it all myself?????

      I love homemade dressing, especially blue cheese but it seems like it gets really runny after two or three days??? Does this recipe do that?
