Your first ingredient is chili powder. To me, chili powder has always refered to a combiniation of spices to make chili with. I'm curious to know if that's what you're referring to or is it chile powder as in one specific pepper? Mahalo for your assistance in clearing this up and also for all the yummy recipes!
