The secret to cooking tender, juicy chicken
The secret to getting this Keto Honey Mustard Chicken perfectly tender and juicy is to pan-sear it first, and then finish cooking it in the oven. This gives a beautiful caramelization on the outside of the chicken, while locking in all the juiciness inside. Once you cook chicken this way, you will never want to cook it any other way again.

I haven't madr this yet as I was checking the nutritional values. 2 TBSPs of the honey mustard has 5g carb and the recipe calls for 1 cup of it. So how can a serving of chicken be only 1 carb? The recipe is for 4 servings.
Kyndra Holley says
Because it uses my low carb honey mustard dressing and not a store-bought version

Hi, the keto honey mustard dressing recipe linked in your recipe has 5 g of carb per 2 TBSP. Could your nutrition values on the chicken recipe be incorrect (you have 1 chicken/dressing serving to have 1 carb. How can this be when the dressing alone has 5g per serving (and there are 2 servings of dressing per 1 serving of chicken)?
Thanks
Kyndra Holley says
It is .5 carbs per 2 tablespoons

I would actually rate this a 5 but the sweetener in the honey mustard dressing was a little "too sweet" for my taste. I cooked this on the stove instead of the oven and also made cauliflower rice with this. Delicious and a recipe I will use again--just less sweetener in the dressing.
Thank you!
