So, I'm wondering if it was an error to list cheddar cheese twice in this recipe. I'm eager to give it a whirl, because I have lived my life thinking I don't like pimentos and have been teased (rather mercilessly) by my southern friends for whom pimento cheese is a staple. Please help. Many thanks!
