SPICY BUFFALO ROASTED NUTS
I love buffalo wing sauce. I could put it on just about anything. These spicy nuts are a great snack to make ahead of time and portion out for later. Stash them in your bag, desk, or cupboard, for when those sneaky cravings appear. This recipe can be done with any of your favorite low carb nuts and seeds.

I just discovered that TessieMae's has a buffalo dipping sauce that's clean and delicious. I've been using it as a condiment on almost everything. Got it at Whole Foods in the seafood section- it's in a jar not a bottle.

Is there a clean buffalo sauce recipe, or a preferred low carb option without the added sugar?
