These Keto Everything Bagel Dogs are low carb, gluten free, and have all of the flavors of the original, without the carbs.

How to make Keto Bagel Dogs
Jon and I eat a lot of grass fed beef hotdogs. For the longest time, any type of bun was off the table. We usually just pan fried them in grass fed butter and topped them with my Slow Cooker Kickin' Chili Recipe.
Hot dogs make me think of grilling out and grilling makes me think of summer, red checkered table cloth covered picnic tables and lots of condiment options. Even though it is the middle of winter, we can still have a little indoor grill out ... or, bake out.

The best Keto Bagel Dogs
Remember when I made the Hot Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups with Dijon Butter Glaze and I said that I had a lot of fun things planned for that low carb, gluten free dough recipe? Well these low carb bagel dogs are one of those things.
This gluten free dough recipe is really versatile and you can use it practically any way you use regular dough.

I made these the other night. The flavor was great but my dough never came together. I will try this again though. The concept is awesome.

I made these last night - they were wonderful and very creative! I would have never thought to melt the cheese mixture while mixing, and I've been cooking low carb for years. With the leftover dough (only had 4 hot dogs), I made a couple "buns" that will go with my hamburger patty tonight. Thank you so much for all your great recipes, and inspiration!

Hello,
my partner and I have made these bagel dogs today and i have to say we were amazed by the flavour of it!
Although I cannot get all the ingridients in my country, we have improvised a little and it turned out great.
Thanks to you we can still eat low carb "junk food" without feeling guilty 🙂
Best wishes,
Milan and Barbara from Slovenia, Europe

This looks awesome! Thanks for your creativity and spirit!!! I hope this finds you well and feeling better with more than enough energy to tackle everything you desire. I bought your new cookbook a few weeks ago and I love it. I too gained some weight back over the winter and a long hard home remodel project. I avoid social situations because I feel bad, almost like I let others down. Even going to work is tough. I know it shouldn't matter, but can't change the way I feel! I appreciate your candor (and recipes) more than you know! From one PNWer to another...keep on keepin on.
