Avocado Tuna Salad. A delicious way to jazz up boring tuna.
I love my tuna salad with a little kick. The spicy brown mustard in this recipe does the trick. I love to serve this in a cabbage leaf, over a bed of mixed greens or on top of tomato slices. I also love to use a low carb, gluten-free tortilla and use this to make spicy tuna quesadillas.

how long will this stay good? I am concerned with the avocado as an ingredient that it will start to brown or turn colors if not eaten right away.

I've never had leftovers. It is always gone the same day. Personally, I do not like leftover tuna.

I can't wait to try this on a bed of lettuce with shredded cheese, tomatoes, and more. Oooh, we could even use chicken (fresh or from a can). You got my ideas flowing! Thank you!
