Love this recipe and it’s so easy to make! The only thing I changed was doubling the garlic (bc IMO you can never have too much garlic!). I’ve also done it with and without the parsley.

This is seriously a new staple in our house. The flavors are great! At one point I was going to add rice for my family; but they loved this dish without the rice.
This truly is a family favorite. I have 2 girls (10 and 11) and they love this!

This was a huge hit!! My husband often turns his nose up at new things. Lol I used a package of pre-shredded cabbage. I’d never seen it before in the store it was labeled “angle shredded” and it was very finely shredded. I wish I’d had two packages as it really cooked down and next time I will. Thank you for the great recipe! I just found your site a few days ago and have been enjoying planning some new meals!

Sometimes simple recipes are the best and the ones you keep making over and over. I would definitely serve this to guests, because it makes a lot It is delicious and so adaptable. If I don't have kielbasa, I can use bacon. If I only have half a cabbage, I can add zucchini and celery. I can serve it as is or on a bed of creamy mashed cauliflower. A winner!
