Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
This frosting is so simple, yet rich and delicious. I barely got a chance to use if before my family ate it straight out of the bowl. In the pictures above, it is on a pumpkin loaf but this frosting would be great on cake, cupcakes, you name it. ENJOY!!

INGREDIENTS
4 oz. Cream Cheese - Softened
2 Tbs. Butter
ยฝ tsp. Vanilla Extract
ยฝ tsp. Cinnamon
ยฝ Cup Powdered Erythritol - I used SWERVE
DIRECTIONS
Using a hand mixer or food processor, cream together cream cheese, and butter. Mix in vanilla extract and cinnamon. Gradually mix in powdered erythritol.
FROST AND ENJOY!
This entire batch is only 5 net carbs. It yields enough to frost two 9x5 loaves.

Xanthan is a thickening agent. Erythritol is a sweetener. You can find it at most health food stores or online. There is a link in the posting

where do you find erythritol and can u use anything else in place of it like xanthum
