      I preordered your cookbook from Amazon and I love it. I am new to the keto world and you have answered so many of my questions in this book. I like how you share your ups and down with food and dieting/life style changes. I can relate to so much of what you have wrote in this book. It is inspiring to see a healthy women behind this book not some toothpick chick who has never had to worry about what she eats or her weight. You look amazing. Great job on this cookbook.

      Just pre-ordered your new book! I am 2 weeks into the Keto way of eating. I was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year.
      I have to say the long-term medication is playing havoc with my system. I am hoping this way of eating will help my body heal.
      I haven't got the full hang of it yet, but am getting there. Following you on both Facebook and Instagram and am very encouraged and motivated for this new way of eating.
