PORK TENDERLOIN WITH CREAMY DILL SAUCE

Juicy pork tenderloin served with a creamy dill sauce made with leftover pan drippings, crispy pork remnants, chicken stock, sour cream, dill, and minced garlic. Quick, easy, and delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

STEP 1:

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Generously season the pork with salt and pepper on all sides. 

STEP 2:

Heat butter and olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork tenderloins and pan-sear until golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.

STEP 3:

Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for an additional 10 minutes . Then remove the skillet from the oven and transfer the pork to a plate to rest.

STEP 4:

Add the chicken stock and use a rubber spatula to scrape up and mix in any bits that are stuck. Add. the remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring frequently.

STEP 5:

Slice the pork tenderloin and place on a platter. Serve with the sauce on top or on the size. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.
