Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Shallot Vinaigrette, more to taste (get the recipe here)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 5 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 12 slices dry salami, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • cracked black pepper, to taste
