Blackened Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breasts (4 total)
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Blackened Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Liberally coat each chicken breast with blackened seasoning.
  3. Brush each piece with Dijon mustard on both sides.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the chicken for 3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove the chicken from pan and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
