Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 8 pepperoncinis, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts (get the recipe here)
  • 1/3 cup Pickled Red Onions (get the recipe here)
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 6 ounces salami, sliced and quartered
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the mixed greens in a large serving bowl and arrange the other ingredients over top.
  2. Serve with desired dressing.
