KETO ASIAN CHICKEN MEATBALLS
These Keto Asian Chicken Meatballs are the perfect low carb appetizer to serve at your next keto get together. They are the perfect blend of sweet and savory.
INGREDIENTS:

garlic
ginger
eggs
green onions
salt
cilantro
coconut flour
soy sauce
rice wine vinegar
sriracha
brown sugar erythritol
red pepper flakes
STEP 1:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the meatballs and mix until well incorporated.
STEP 2:
Form the meat mixture into 40 1 ½ inch meatballs. Line the meatballs on a prepared baking sheet and bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
STEP 3:
Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well incorporated. Serve drizzled over top or alongside the meatballs.
