CRISPY AIR FRYER KETO BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

Keto Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings, perfectly crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. A flavor explosion, ready in less than 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE WINGS – 2 pounds chicken wings – 3 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon sea salt – 1 teaspoon black pepper FOR THE SAUCE – ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce – 3 tablespoons butter – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 tablespoon sweetener

STEP 1:

Add wings to a large bowl and toss in the olive oil. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the wings and toss until coated. 

STEP 2:

Add wings to air fryer, they should not be touching. Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.

STEP 3:

While the wings are cooking, combine Buffalo sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until butter is melted and all ingredients are combined. 

STEP 3:

Place wings in a large mixing bowl, pour the toss over top and toss to coat. Serve with blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese or ranch dressing, carrots, and limes.
