- 1 ½ pounds ground turkey
- 1/4 cup Dijon or spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 3 Â tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, mustard, tomato paste, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Â Roll the mixture into 12 evenly sized meatballs.
- Bake  on a rimmed baking sheet for 25 minutes on the middle rack. Pour the juices from the sheet pan over top of the meatballs before serving.
