- ¾ cup mayonnaise (get my recipe here)
- 1.5 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (sub Nutritional Yeast to make it whole30 compliant)
- ½ of a lemon, juiced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- a few sprigs fresh parsley
Instructions

Combine the mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in a food processor (I use this model). Pulse until well blended and creamy. Alternatively, this may be done in a high powered blender. (This is the one I use)
