This Mixed Berry Keto Chia Seed Jam is the perfect way to enjoy fresh, homemade jam without all the extra carbs and sugar.

INGREDIENTS:

strawberries

lemon  juice

blackberries

raspberries

sweetener

STEP 1:

Add the berries, sweetener and lemon juice to a large sauce pan over medium heat.

STEP 2:

Cook, mashing and mixing the berries until thickened, about 20 minutes.

STEP 3:

Remove from the heat and add  in the chia seeds.
