GARLIC PARMESAN BRUSSELS SPROUTS CHIPS
These Garlic Parmesan Brussels sprouts Chips are so crunchy and savory. Fresh Brussels sprouts leaves tossed with olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper and baked until crispy. YUM!
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Trim the bottoms of the Brussels sprouts and peel the outermost leaves to use for your chips.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the sprout leaves with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Line the coated leaves in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake on the middle rack for 10 to 12 minutes, or until crispy and slightly charred on the edges.
