KETO CINNAMON SUGAR (FREE) BAGELS

These warm and chewy keto cinnamon sugar bagels are perfect served with a generous slathering of salted butter or whipped cream cheese. Gluten free, and they toast perfectly!

INGREDIENTS:

almond flour

baking powder

granular erythritol

ground cinnamon

eggs

mozzarella cheese

cream cheese

STEP 2:

Combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds then stir to combine.

Return to microwave for 1 additional minute. Mix until well combined.

STEP 3:

Add the remaining 2 eggs and almond flour mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

If the dough gets too stringy, microwave for 30 seconds to soften and continue mixing.

STEP 4:

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Gently press your finger into the center of each dough ball to form a ring and stretch form it into a bagel.

STEP 5:

Crack the remaining egg into a small bowl and fork whisk. Brush the top of each bagel with the egg wash.

STEP 6:

Combine the erythritol and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle over top of the bagels.

STEP 7:

Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F on a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat on the middle rack for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
