- 6 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, parsley, chives, apple cider vinegar , dill, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
