KETO HAM & CHEESE HOT POCKETS
These Keto Ham and Cheese Hot Pockets are stuffed with thinly sliced ham, sharp cheddar, gouda, and chives, and then baked until perfectly crispy and golden brown on the outside.
Melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese and mix until well combined.
Add the almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined and it has formed a dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
Form each piece into a thin layer, into the shape of a circle.
Layer gouda cheese, chives, ham, and cheddar cheese on top of each circle.
Brush the edges with egg wash, fold over and press to seal. Brush the tops with egg wash.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20 minutes at 425°F or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
