The Garden Surprise – Keto Gin Cocktail

  • 4 blueberries
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces dry gin
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon powdered erythritol, more to taste (I use this brand)
  • club soda


  1. To a cocktail shaker, add the blueberries and mint. Muddle until the berries have released their juices and the mint is crushed.
  2. Add the gin, lime juice, erythritol and ice. Cap and shake.
  3. Strain into a martini glass, or cocktail glass of choice and top with club soda.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired
