How to make a dairy free keto smoothie
Now let’s talk about this Low Carb, Dairy Free Peanut Butter PB&J Keto Smoothie recipe. To keep this low carb smoothie dairy free, I use almond milk or coconut milk. Good keto smoothie recipes are hard to come by. When I switched to a low carb lifestyle, smoothies were one of the things that I missed the most. There is something so comforting and refreshing about drinking a smoothie. Back in my high carb days, I used to order a 32 ounce peanut butter and jelly smoothie from Emerald City Smoothie. Looking back on it, I don’t even want to know how many grams of carbs and sugar those smoothies had. So, when I set out to make a low carb smoothie recipe, I just knew that I wanted it to be a Low Carb, Dairy Free Peanut Butter and Jelly PB&J Smoothie. The end result is delicious.

Would be great if your nutrition data included grams of sugar, for those of us concerned about limiting sugar intake..

Hi Steve. Nutrition info will vary based on the ingredients you use. I recommend copy and pasting into a macro tracking app like MyFitnessPal to be safe.

Delicious! One question though... My mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) has 17 carbs with 5 fiber in only 3/4 cup! No sugar added, just frozen berries. What berries do you use?

Kyndra I made this smoothie this morning after spin class and BOOM! Mind blown!!! I may never eat or drink anything else ever again. The berries tasted like jam, blended with that rich peanut butter flavor. I substituted natural peanut butter because I didn't have the powder. This smoothie is seriously amazeballs.
