I tried 3 different creations before settling on a marinade that I liked. As luck would have it, it turned out to be the first one I made. I used it on pork but I think it would also be great on beef, chicken, or seafood. Normally my recipes have step by step pictures but for this marinade, all you need to do is combine all the ingredients and chill. So instead I posted some pictures of examples of ways you might use it. Enjoy!

4 Tbs. Bragg Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos
2 Tbs. Rice Vinegar
1 Tbs. Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbs. Chopped Shallot
1 tsp. Grated Ginger
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Sesame Seeds
Juice of 1 small Key Lime
1/2 pack of Sweetener
Mix all ingredients together, pour over your meat and allow at least 2 hours to marinate.
This will make enough for about 1/2 pound of meat. If you need more, just double the recipe. Hope you enjoy!
