Ingredients

  • 1 cup avocado oil or light olive oil
  • ¾ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion (I use this brand)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, more to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake until ingredients are well incorporated. I recommend making this a day ahead of time and allowing it to refrigerate for 24 hours to let the flavors come together.
