So I was cruising the internet the other evening as I so frequently do, and a caption caught my eye. It claimed you could peel an entire head of garlic in less than 10 seconds. I watched the video and I immediately had to run into my kitchen and try it. If you have been following me for even the shortest amount of time, then you know I put garlic in virtually everything. Peeling all that garlic is time consuming, not to mention sticky. Well, it just so happens that the method in the video I watched does in fact work. It was closer to a 30 second process (So long, I know…) But it works. I was like a kid in a candy shop. I grabbed another head of garlic and did it a second time. Needless to say, I have a lot of unused cloves of garlic in my refrigerator right now. I guess that means I’ll just have to come up with some new, delicious, low carb creations for all of you.
