As we head into a new year, I’m sure many of you are planning to fine tune your diets. Two of the major things that help to keep me on track are meal planning and meal prep. If I know what I am going to eat for each meal, then I am far less likely to reach for something quick, easy and off plan. Many people have told me that one of their biggest obstacles with meal planning is that they can’t come up with creative and new recipes to avoid dietary boredom. They get stuck in a food rut, eat the same things over and over, and eventually burn out and order pizza. (You can insert any food here. For me, failure to plan usually leads to Doritos). With the proper planning, prepping and constant variety, you will find it much easier to stay on track and be consistent.
To help you meal plan in the new year, I have compiled a list of 50 savory low carb, paleo and primal recipes. There is a great mix of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes.
